Slept after treatment this afternoon for longer than normal, woke up at seven this evening, subsequently i now cant sleep, sat in front room watching House and sipping whiskey. Have to leave in 6 hours to get train, tomorrow is going to be messy.

Hoping to get work "finished enough" by 10ish and persuade the missus its really important I get down the ground to shovel snow while she looks after the kids.
