Title: snowman
Post by: Miss Angry on Tuesday, January 6, 2009, 17:09:24
Why cant i make the snow stick together to make my snowmans head? At the moment its just a snowbody, it was hard enough to do that cos the snow is so powder like.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You have to roll the ball around in the snow on the ground so that it grows bigger.

A rolling stone gathers no moss but a rolling snowball does gather snow.

Duh!!!

Leave a bucket of water out overnight and then build a small ice sculpture of a snowman.

It's a bit of a bugger to get to work in the morning and would have preferred to watched a football match this weekend. It's better than loads of rain though.

i don't think they use it in primary schools anymore, not ours at least. they've gone all modern with pritt-stick.

Was copydex the stuff you used to paint you hand with as a kid then in a minute or so it'd go all rubbery?  Or was that just me?

That's the stuff. We used to make massive bouncy balls out of it, it'd easily bounce higher than a normal bouncy ball.
