Title: Undertaking Post by: Scot Munroe on Sunday, December 28, 2008, 17:58:40 People who do this should be shot. Really grinds my gears. on the way to footie my dad is driving past new college, we get undertaken by a boy racer in a blue peugeot in the bus lane.
Title: Re: Undertaking Post by: Batch on Sunday, December 28, 2008, 18:00:32 Sometimes it's understandable. Like going down an empty motorway and some twat sticks to the middle lane. Seems a wast of effort pulling round him.
Title: Re: Undertaking Post by: yeo on Sunday, December 28, 2008, 18:02:26 I totally thought this was about the chaps that look after dead people.

Title: Re: Undertaking Post by: janaage on Monday, December 29, 2008, 13:04:25 I thought it was on about "undertakers" too. A colleague at my work also works as a part time undertaker, he's had to go out on the a417 with a shovel and a body bag a few times. Wouldn't want to do it myself but good job someone wants or doesn't mind doing it.
Title: Re: Undertaking Post by: Gazza's Fat Mate on Monday, December 29, 2008, 21:37:14 I thought this was about death undertaking but with regard to car undertaking I read in a recent motoring law gazette that recent case law shows that it is not automaticly a offernce to undertaking all abit boring but if I can find the case I put it up. The basic put is that whilst you should overtaking on the right you are not breaking any spefic law by undertaking thus no offernce unless it can be shown that the undertaking manover was dangerous or careless well something like that anyway as I said it is all pretty boring and I only skipped thourgh it.
