This distance does not stop me from being loyal fan, I am a season ticket holder, and attend most away matches, I have in fact been to 43 games this season. Unfortunately though, where the distance does not affect my ability to attend matches, it does seriously affect my ability to communicate with other Swindon fans as I have never had the chance to get to know any. As you can imagine none of my mates at home are interested in hearing what I have to say about Swindon, most are Northampton fans, by the way. So having a place where I can communicate with other Swindon fans in a friendly manner is exactly what I'm after, I see no need to have to disagree on matters to a point where you have to justify what you think. So just because there may not be great deal of heavy issues discussed at great length does not mean it is not a valid forum. I enjoy the fact that everyone shares mutual respect with one-another, because at the end of the day all I'm looking for is a place where people are empathetic to how life as a Swindon fan makes me feel.
