Yes, but once again Bates has done it in an extremely questionable way. Id rather Fitton and co actually got agreement to talk to clubs and did it the right way given our history with the FA / FL. (Who are of course, full of shit) TBH they'll probably get awya with it, we wouldnt. Blackpool claiming they refused permission for Leeds to approach Grayson and are now gonna take legal action against both. Obviously not been tapped up there at all.
I just think that we have in the past been dealt with more harshly than clubs that the fa and fl seem to believe are 'big' clubs. And as such I wouldn't welcome Fitton and co pushing the rules in the way that Bates seems to does. If Bates has broken the rules he/Leeds should be punished accordingly, if not then leave it be
