Title: Is it just me, or would this annoy you? Post by: Samdy Gray on Friday, December 19, 2008, 16:53:27 I'm sat at work currently and my desk is only 15 feet away from our New Business contact centre. They have a Christmas CD blaring out and it's very fucking annoying.
Now, I know it's Christmas and the season of goodwill etc. but if I was a customer on the phone I'd be mightily pissed off that they put music on in a contact centre environment. Call me Scrooge if you will, but I personally think it's very unprofessional and considering my manager won't even let us listen to an iPod at work I'm a bit cheesed off about it.
