Title: I need a dictionary Post by: ibelieveinmrreeves on Monday, December 1, 2008, 16:48:34 ...but no mere dictionary! I'm looking for one from anywhere between 1936-1943, for an essay I'm going to be writing. Anyone know where I should be looking for such an old dictionary? Do libraries have them? I'm thinking my best bet might be charity shops, independent bookshops or elderly relatives. Or if anyone has one they wouldn't mind selling me, I'd be very appreciative.
