Is anyone on here a member of Next Generation at Kembrey park? just that Im on a course there and I wondered what is was like?

Im just on a course there for a couple of weeks - soon I will hopefully be a qualified aerobics instructor!! Im taking my foundation in excercise to music.

Went on a months trial there and had no complaints about it..would have signed up if it wasn't so expensive though. Still got a good gym, pool, sauna etc. Foods not bad either, and to have a pint at the end of a work out in there is always great.

will you be wearing tight lycra ?

My course is going very well but its hard going and Im very tired - cant believe how much I learnt in 3 days

WELL - Friday night the course finishes at 5pm and Im going to that 93 night thing at the club so I thought I may as well stay at Next Generation for a couple of hours rather than going all the way home - was going use the pool maybe have a sunbed then have a shower and get ready there

I can always buy a token though Im sure
