Title: Their front line
Post by: leefer on Friday, October 10, 2008, 14:21:48
Very juicy i think with Jevons and Dickenson,Cadamatri and Roberts(ex accy and Ipswich) on the flanks,
on paper look a good outfit, could be another high scoring affair tomorow.
MM might be tempted to start with Mcmanee tomorow, will be interesting to see our starting eleven.

Didn't MacNamee get subbed off on Wednesday early doors due to an asthma attack?  Not sure if he'll be risked for the full 90.

I thought it was said that his asthma was under control now as he has been playing 90 mins quite regular before he was dropped - maybe it was the shock of conceding 7 that brought it on !

Roberts got sent off in mid-week.  Did they win their appeal?

He only lasted 20 mins City didn't score all of their goals in the first twenty.  I suppose with something like asthma you never know when it'll be particularly bad.

If he's anything like me then Asthma is generally worse in colder weather, so I don't expect MacNamee to play a full 90 minutes until next year.

My Asthma went away when I started smoking. Maybe someone should suggest it to him?

Also he should stay away from cats and feather pillows.

They can play who they want up front tomorrow, you wont see any holes in our defence, clean sheet and a 5-0 win.

Jevons is shite. The only reason he looks like a high scorer is due to pens.

Huddersfield are a lot like us so far. New investors, huge pre-season optimism, yet are only one point above us and their fans havent taken to ternant as manager. Tomorrow is hugely important for us to win

Dell Boy what do reckon to these odds: A double on Swindon to win 3-1 and England to win 4-0 = 146/1.
