I used to make a lemony sponge cake quite a lot. I'm sure you could just replace the lemon with orange.

I used to normally have to make a cake every morning. But it's been a while and I'm not sure I can remember the quantities.

Carrot cake is ace. Did you know carrot cake originates in Medieval times but had somewhat of a revival during World War II when due to sugar rationing, inventive housewives used carrot as an alternative to sugar for sweetness when making cakes.

celery is the best snack food if you're on a diet. Takes more calories to digest than it contains. Which means you could possibly risk something to dip it in.

I reckon I need to have a word with myself anyway - you know when you loose a bit of weight then you feel nice and people notice so you start eating a bit less/excercising a bit more and you get into like a viscous circle... I can see how girls end up with eating disorders
