anyway, watched bits of the green bay v detroit lions game and had to laugh when the detroit quarterback passed straight to an opposition player who then promptly scored a touchdown. that's gotta hurt...

On the basis that I've been to their stadium, I follow the scores of the New England Patriots but it's a bit of a cop out as they've been pretty good!

I think he threw 3 interceptions in 2 and a half minutes - two of which went for touch downs. Pretty impressive stuff.

Chargers are my team, unlucky today, 30-31 the final score i think. Although im more into baseball, went to watch the Padres at Petco Park a couple of months ago, so checking their score now, 6-6 against the San Francisco Giants, 10th inning needed, exciting stuff!

Well, they are to me, but to be fair, they are a proper team.  I guess you say Baltimore Ravens who were the Cleveland Browns.  The Radiers, Colts, Cardinals, Rams have all moved since I started watching the nfl, the Browns and Oilers have disappeared (only for the Browns to re-appear).

We went to Texas Stadium last year to watch the Cowboys play the Vikings, and we are already making plans to go back in a couple of years time to see a game in the new stadium.

I did watch a couple of High School football games though, local stuff like. Somewhat disturbing when a bunch of 13 year old cheerleaders start chanting "Beavers are best".......

Me too.  I'm hoping next seasons fixtures give the Jets a home game at the start of half term in October...then I'm there.  $100 for a ticket is not too bad, especially when you consider the Jets are the second best supported team (to Washington, I think), and have a twenty year waiting list for season tickets...dead man's boots, the only way in.

I will Sky+ the game tonight, and not stay up...will watch it tomorrow (expecting a defeat, but after Miami beat New England anything's possible).

I present the case for the Cincinnati Bengals. Definitely the NFL equivalant of Swindon Town. Famously inconsistent. 0-4 this season I think. All their cheerleaders are the daughters of Kentucky rednecks. Useless defence. Nice kit. Have some discipline problems.
