Title: Today's Wedge Post by: michael on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 08:05:04 Hoping to put an end to a shocking run of form, I have gone with:
Liverpool v Man United (away win) Portsmouth v Middlesborough (home win) Plymouth v Norwich (home win) Southend v Hereford (home win) 4-fold pays at somewhere around 22-1. :eatkf: Title: Re: Today's Wedge Post by: janaage on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 08:08:43 I really don't fancy Utd today at all, don't feel like they're close to firing on all cylinders as of yet this season, so a Liverpool victory for me today. Also brave betting on Plymouth at the mo. But good luck fella, I haven't bet on footie yet this season.
Title: Re: Today's Wedge Post by: ronnie21 on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 09:17:18 That's a brave one. I would not put money on United at the moment, Middlesborough are improving all the time, there appear to be problems at Plymouth but I agree with Sarfend. That said, the first three will probably be right and Hereford will upset the form book at Roots Hall!! :-[
Title: Re: Today's Wedge Post by: janaage on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 09:20:47 Agree Ronnie, that's why I don't tend to bet on footie until the season warms up a little, and you can see which teams will do well and struggle.
Title: Re: Today's Wedge Post by: michael on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 09:23:24 I will be the first to admit that I do not have a system, I don't even really study form, injuries or suspensions. I just go on gut feel.
Which is probably why I am on a dry run at the moment... Title: Re: Today's Wedge Post by: Samdy Gray on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 10:27:57 I have a 7 match accumulator for today which returns £560 from £5. Here's hoping it comes in.
Title: Re: Today's Wedge Post by: michael on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 16:33:25 I won on a different bet and covered everything else. No-one needs to worry.
