I have recently moved and torrents are blocked from the gay ISP that I have. Will a proxy free server solve it? If so how do I do it (utorrent). If not a proxy server then is their something else I can use. Or am I just fucked and have to fork out for another ISP? I am currently on a wireless network supplied by the building management. Unless you can get someone to open the correct port up in the router you're pretty buggered.
