Team we played this week was better and I think because Snooker beat them twice last season alot of people thought it would be an easier game than it was.

Sloppy mistakes though....1-1 was fair at half time (I scored, had to get that in) then they scored twice in about 5 minutes at the start of the second half when we were all over the place.

Pulled two back though....

The famous Ratty even put in an appearnce on the side lines...

I spoke to him on MSN a few months back.Basically hes seemed to be bit more grown up,done the usual stuff like getting in trouble with the Police and recreational drugs and has now been saved by the love of his life.Or something like that.

I know he was hated on the forums,but he came to Bournmouth with me and kept up with us drink for drink even though it turned him yellow the next day.So hes alright in my eyes.

On a serious note last seasons kit was yellow but we got new green ones on Sunday. As for the quality of our side Ricks goal from the previous sunday is on youtube.....the one where you heard all the cheers. Damn fine goal that one!

I'm not sure who it was, and it was a pre season game so not sure which divsion either.
They were hopeless thoguh, had a few black players if that helps at all.

I played for Royston for the last 4 seasons but I wasnt playing enough.

Its fucking annoying being on the side lines watching a team made up of players who are generally hung over, knackered after 30 minutes, not very good and in some cases not even putting in the effort.

We even had ringers turn up to make up the numbers when we were short and they played before I did. Annoying because I know im more than good enough. Esp when they want to sign crap like Bennett  ;)

I trained and played for Royston this pre-season just to keep myself fit, I stupidly thought because it was pre-season the manager might actually give me a decent chance. He didnt.....which didnt bother me because I started training with Swindon Snooker in June.

Last game I played was the second half against your lot and if truth be told I thought I was one of the better players. I at least created two chances and had a shot on target....for Royston thats impressive!!

Also, Roystons shitness was summed up when we conceeded a goal to Andy Woodman!

J1mmy used to annoy the fuck out of me to the point i wanted to smash my computer up just from what he was saying.
Wasn't until Forrest away when i introduced myself to J1mmy and Gazza that my mind changed.
I do think Jimmy thought i was going to cave his skull in as he went very white and sheepish but after a chat my opinion changed.

nah, got no problems with that....just i expect a few from my old team read this and will claim im bitter or sometihng....which in a way I am....I can take not being good enough but not being given a chance wasnt fair on me. It felt like a kilq at times.....

My attitude was shit towards the end because I was so pissed off. No one wants to get up early on a sunday to run the line and get 10 minutes at the end in a randomly picked position when your already 7-1 down!

..but....so far im really enjoying playing for me new team so its all good....

Years since I played football with him on a regular basis but I never used to think he was that good. Down the right, step over keep running....no pass, nothing different...

However, I do wish when we were all 17/18 we'd formed our own team. We'd have been pretty good I reckon....
