Seems as if Starnes is working his magic there. He's responsible for negotiating new contracts for existing/new players. Stewart wasn't offered a new deal (Pay per play only) Starnes was out of the country on holiday for the last two weeks and, with three weeks till the new new season, they haven't got any goalkeepers....... Despite being very much an outsider, it would certainly seem to me that Yeovil Town's boom era is coming to an end - I wouldn't like to say if they're bad enough to go down though... Hope so. Personally I cant see them being good enough without a large investment in the team to stay up. They are also calling for Martin Starnes to get the chop! From the 16 man squad Yeovil had on their teamsheet at Wembley just over a year ago, four remain - three of which are in the twilight of their football careers (Guyett, Skiverton & Jones). I think them losing Davies and Cohen to Forest so soon after Wembley was probably the beginning of their decline.
