so, the penultimate race at Silverstone, hopefully McLaren will have a good run this weekend now that Lewis has got over all his penalties etc and can have a clean qualifying session.

I'm still expecting about 12 showers during the race tomorrow though.

Donington is not fit to host F1 in my opinion.

The run offs are too small and the facilities are not up to it.

Thats why they are going to spend lots improving it......

Kovaleinen did well to get on pole, as did webber! Think hamilton was trying to hard on his final flying lap, seemed to go a bit wild. He definatley had the pace of kovaleinen though. Be interesting to see how it pans out tommorow

specially if lewis has got a few laps extra fuel in him, hopefully he can get past webber on the first lap so he doesn't hold him up.

I think they're fuelled quite similarly. Hamiltons lap were he went off near the end he was much faster than kovaleinen, and even on his last lap his first sectore was faster i think.

Sunshine and showers tomorrow. Fuck knows what will happen.

Hamilton is trying too hard today, ran off at priory onn 1st run, slid at Stowe on 2nd.

Was pretty windy at the circuit today too. Watched quali from Club this year.

Webber will probably get too excited and go straight into the back of Heike, leaving Raikonnen to storm through.   :D

Quite a decent start by that Hamilton.

Lots of spinning.

Lucky start more than anything, Webber turned left to give Hamilton 2 places!

Come on Rubens!

Heidfeld 2nd and Rubens 3rd would be a good result for Lewis, assuming he finishes 1st.

After yesterdays exciting race, I think all GP's should be in the rain.

Seeing Ferrari's aquaplaning across the infield was very entertaining. I see Felipe Massa has invented a new version of a stop/go penalty by spinning 5 times during the race.

Cracking race, despite getting soaked in the AM. Perfect view of Lewis overtake on Kovi, and a fair few other passes too 9about 10 dry races worth!).

In fact, the only thing missing was a spinning Massa. Every other corner had one, it's not fair :)

Prawn sandwhich wanker! I hope you got as stuck in traffic on the back to the M40 as we did! :)

I'd love to do hospitality just once, no chance though, grrrrrr.

I've had to turn down two hospitality tickets for RIAT this weekend. Fucking Company policy. I'll be painting instead of getting pissed and (trying to) photograph aircraft........

Cunts.

Good race yesterday.
