Title: how to deal with difficult colleagues Post by: sonic youth on Monday, June 30, 2008, 20:26:35 tips anyone?
we have someone in our office who is unbelievably annoying, lazy and incapable of working alone therefore wasting everyoen else's time. no, it isn't me. so far i've tried the friendly approach, passive-aggressive approach (post-it notes) and today i tried the outright abuse approach. the abuse worked in the short-term but i feel that it will lose it's effect over time and may get me fired. so does anyone else have any tips? Title: how to deal with difficult colleagues Post by: Sussex on Monday, June 30, 2008, 20:36:13 Ask your line manager for an appraisal or 'catchup meeting' (appraisals can be done more than once a year), ask how they think you're getting on and drop in that you feel your progress is being hindered by cuntchops because etc. etc...
Not word for word obviously. Title: how to deal with difficult colleagues Post by: Peter Venkman on Monday, June 30, 2008, 20:36:19 The way I used to deal with colleagues like that was to instigate a problem (easier if 2 of you are in on it) and pass the blame over to them, make it seem as if its their fault.
Getting them in the shite big style is so much fun, and can usually either end up in disciplinary action/sack or a total change in attitude of the individual! Title: how to deal with difficult colleagues Post by: flammableBen on Monday, June 30, 2008, 20:41:37 mouse balls are ace. They've normally got a nice bit of weight behind them, so you can launch them accurately and hard. Good times.
