Also, the general public no longer have the point that the club has racked up losses and is a drain on resources. We need to show this club can mean something to this town other than being a an activity 'enjoyed' by a minority of the population (an argument I neever did fathom in the first place - STFC has to be the most popular activity in the town after shopping)
Of course I assume we will continue to operate without debt. Must have put him in a bit of a sticky situation or two come matchday. Always seemed to have the best interests of the club at heart. Everything is looking good at the moment. But I dont think Wray/Fitton/Watkins are going to be too happy if we fail to get this 6,000. Especially when you have clubs like Huddersfield smashing 15,000 season tickets already, and Bradford last year. A club like ours is always fragile, because we are always out to push above our weight. Unless we are averaging 8500+ there is no way we deserve to go up.
