I've cancelled my WoW subscription, it's gay  :x

It seems to be quiet most days and has been for a few weeks IMO.

I can't start a new game on CM01/02 because I don't have enough memory. My arse!

i'd love to have the willpower to play 01/02 but after my last game (which finished on Xmas Eve) of 40 seasons winning every going 10 times over i just cant

perhaps a cm2 is worth a go... 97/98 is tempting me

Argh I'm bored but can't seem to generate a big enough effort to start doing anything.

97/98 is proper oldskool. I can't play it on here because it needs MS-DOS and Win2K doesn't support it.

That Druggie game, got to me for a while last week, I've gone cold turkey now though.  It has been quiet, the apathy of STFC must be spreading through our veins.

yeah, the scoreboard is well fun. i get in free, best seats in the ground and i get to do something for the club. it's all gravy!

i need a job, got any info on that? will i be able to sit around and post on here like you do?

You would also get to work with me as well as being able to go on the forums, and you would be in an office with at least 2 fit women  :D  

you'll have to be quick though, closing date is next friday, but it is an easy job for not a bad salary

i did an hour and a half revision in the library today, not enough though. saw hot library girl again but she wasn't as fit, might ask her out for a drink.

i'm contemplating starting a new game on fm2005 but it'll throw revision out of the window, i know it. either that or the old 1 hour game which reminds you why you stopped playing last time.

in the meantime i'm watching "a night at the knitting factory", turntablist dvd. i want decks now.

oh and i've got a hernia too.

Nice, I had one when i was seven, but seeing as that is a very long time ago (18 years), I cant really remember what it felt like.

i saw the doc this morning, i definitely have a hernia  :shock:

and i have to do loads of revision today, tomorrow, and for the entire following week  :(

How've you managed to get a hernia oxford? I thought you had to be really active to get one :wink:  :D

you can get one from exercise, going to the toilet, sex. men get them more often as we've got a weak point in the groin.

I got mine all those years ago trying to push a wheel barrow.  Suppose that's quite a disappointing reason really.

Do you have to have it cut out then or do they try and pop the fucker back in?

it's something about our testes forming near where our kidneys are when we're a phoetus. then they move forward to where they are now, and hence we're more vulnerable to hernias.

its a bit of small intenstine that is poking through, i assume they'll push it back in and patch it up somehow.

They push it in and but some gauze type stuff over it to stop it coming out again.
