That's a bit mental. The orangeness is a bit meh, however the retro style clock in the top right is stupidly awesome and more than makes for it. Think is I don't think I go on there enough to make that worthwhile, although from a public paying point of view it's not a bad idea. Attract more people using it as a home page, especially foreigners. The BBC is probably our biggest 'diplomat' if you will.
