I watched it by mistake whilst looking for Superbad! I thought it was a nice feel good kinda film for a girl. i cried at the end for some un known reason.

I am quite a fan of Chicken Chow Mein I must say! Seeing as I havent had it for ages that would do nicely!!

It's not what it sounds like.

The "belly pork" bit is diced pork, seared in a pan then add chilli powder, tomato puree and seasoning. My nan also adds ketchup for flavouring but you're best off doing this when it's off the heat other wise the ketchup burns and it ruins the flavour.

The "bones" bit is pork ribs, boiled up then finish them off by boiling in a thick creamy vegetable soup.

Serve on a bed of rice.

There's a pictures of Dave on his Facebook if you having a hard time remembering what he looks like, apparently he likes taking pictures of himself because it makes him look cool.
