Title: Ireland Post by: sonic youth on Friday, February 22, 2008, 23:59:50 angelsey is an island just off north wales. nice place.
fishguard (sw wales) to rosslare (se eire) is about 90 minutes on the seacat, so i doubt that angelsey to dublin would be much longer - probably shorter. i've been to ireland twice, both times on the south coast near cork and waterford, lovely places Title: Ireland Post by: Bushey Boy on Saturday, February 23, 2008, 00:00:23 Thanks Sonic
Title: Ireland Post by: axs on Saturday, February 23, 2008, 00:02:28 i think the ferry took less than 2 hours and taxis to city centre were fairly easy, although i can imagine it's easier to fly from Bristol nowadays.

Title: Ireland Post by: STFCBird on Saturday, February 23, 2008, 09:33:33 Fly Luton to Knock, Seacat is a no no as in rough sea's you'll chunder and so will everyone around you. It depends where you are going in Ireland as to whether you should get the ferry or not. If you are going up west and you are only going for 3 days it takes about 4 hours to get to fishguard, then it takes 6 hours to get up west when you get off the ferry!
If going for 3 days, fly. Title: Ireland Post by: STFCBird on Saturday, February 23, 2008, 09:36:54 Also make Sussex want to go
