Possibly not for much longer after that girl was recently spotted in France.  Apparently she responded to someone when they called "Madeleine" to her.  Be a miracle if shes still alive.

That reacting to the name Madeline means nothing, if someone shouts out something  towards a little one, from my experience with my niece, they'll react/look up, wonder what the hell you're doing.

The shame about cases like these is that without finding the body there is no closure, so there's like an open wound left to fester.  Least if she is found either dead or alive the rebuilding process can start.

If someone is shouting out a name towards a 5 year I'd be willing to wager that most 5 year old would look up/react anyway - it's hardly scientific proof that the girl was Madeline.

Man, 23, becomes 20th Bridgend county suicide

A 23-year-old found dead in a county blighted by suicide was to have become a father in six weeks, a friend said today.

The man, named locally as Christopher Jones, was taken to hospital after he "attempted to harm himself" at his home in Nantymoel, Bridgend, south Wales, at 11.05pm on Sunday, South Wales Police said.

He died at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, on Monday morning.

Neighbours said his father Alun Jones found him hanging in the shed of the home they shared in Blandy Terrace. Alun Jones and wife Cheryl were too upset to comment on their son's death.

So it is lower than normal. Just that the deaths seem to be highly publicised.

I guess because the deaths reported in Bridgend are all of young people. That must be unusual even if nothing sinister is going on.

I wonder the age of most suicides. I'd imagine that young people make up a large proportion of them.

Well i read in the news that most young girls under 20 aspire to be like Amy Winehouse....so i guess there are alot more unfortunate deaths to come if thats how low in esteem they feel about themselfs.
