Am i right in thinking that i shouldn't download what it says, because it will just make it worse. I've got norton on the run and it says so far i've only got a tracking cookie, but i really haven't a clue what any of this means. Then dazza said i had to press f8, and that buggered it up. I kept restarting it by holding the on button down for ages so i guess that couldn't have done it much good in the long run
