i've heard/seen that advice (cookies) hundreds of times and i still don't know what a cookie is. :| i will do the british thing and ignore it in the hope that it will go away. Tools->Internet Options Under where it says "Temporary Internet Files" there should be a button saying "Delete Cookies" Click it. Possibly anyway. I don't think I've got a very recent version of internet explorer so things might have changed.
