Try getting a lower speed rating, Z is the highest and therefore the most expensive. If you don't do a lot of motorway miles then the speed rating isn't that essential.

The 2 services i've had on my car have been £110 for the 12,500 mile one and £220 for the 25,000 one.

Tyres have cost me £500 a time though. On my 3rd set. The original Bridgestones from the factory were shite.

Used Toyo Proxes T1-R's ever since.

For info you can buy your tyres direct off the internet and most garages will then fit them for between £10 and £15 per wheel.
