So the golf thing is a step up, and it'll be more work in the long run, what sort of percentage of your salary should I be asking for?

Guage the % more work you'll be taking on (monthly) x 12 and ask for that % in cash terms on top of your current salary (obviously round it up a few grand for haggling purposes), ask for it to be reviewed after a 3 month period in case you've underestimated the extra workload.
