Title: A Diddly Dilemmarino
Post by: flammableBen on Saturday, October 13, 2007, 14:25:49
Right. I got last night off because I'm ill. I'm feeling a bit better today but still filled with meh, got that horrible fuzzy brain feeling and joints which feel a bit slow - although the fuzzy brain can probably be attributed to lack of alcohol and the joints with lying in bed for too long.

My dad just rang and asked me if I wanted to do tomorrow night instead of tonight. Give me a chance to sleep off this shitness. I accepted this kind offer. Meaning I now don't have work for another 26 hours.

Here's the dilemma though. Do I spend my night off going out and having a few beers and watching the rugby - which will undoubtedly made me feel a pit poo tomorrow. Or do I actually stay in and rest.

Argh the toughness. Be my compass of sense, Tef Overlords. I will accept your guidance.

Both, a few pints, then back home early. Or just take  some drugs.

I was thinking more along those lines.

I think I'll see where people are going.

Since when does a cheese and ham slice followed by a bottle of lukozade not make you feel better.

I'm going to try a cigarette.

The answer is...

Eggs on toast, a few pints (push this to at least four just to keep a level of sanity), then bed.

The big problem is my ability to stop after just a few pints.

We'll see how this goes.

I demand an update.....

I was thinking of a quiet night trying to avoid the egg chasing.....ended up watching it , and getting severely hammered and am now regretting it.  I was drinking some tackle from a French micro brewery, cloudy as an 07 summer day, but apparently meant to be like that....my head has its doubts.

I went to the steam to watch it but it was to crowded for my delicate state. So I ended up having a quiet few in the wheatsheaf before heading home via the prince of wales.

Very responsible FB.....only the three pubs visited.   What's it like in the PoW, its years since I've been in there, having been banned after a wild west style punch up.

I can't remember to be honest. I was sticking to the Guinness last night. My mate Dan was drinking kronenberg which is not usually a good indication of something nice being on.

A barmaid who use to work there, trust me this one is well worth a venture!

In order to understand how fine she is, put it this way I would settle down with her (and I am scared stiff of commitment)
