Title: England v Argentina
Post by: dell boy on Monday, September 17, 2007, 09:30:04
Ladies match live on BBC2 1pm.
England v Argentina, a win will qualify England for the quarter finals, for those of you who haven't watched the Ladies World Cup it is definitely worth a view.
Not a great footballer standard, but full commitment and plenty of end to end action ....

The standard of goalkeeping in women's football makes the whole thing a non event in my opinion.

Shoot on site and victory will be yours.  They should make the goals smaller or something as it's embarrassing the way it is at present.

They remind me of the Scottish keepers of old............................

I reckon they should have 2 keepers in each goal. They'll probably end up kissing when the ball is up the other end - which would be a bonus.

Only if it's the fit ones, some of them are pipe smokers in a navaratalova way.

They shouldn't be allowed to play if they don't pass a fitness test before the game

I can't figure out if the women are really good at taking free-kicks, or the keepers are really bad.

This ref is awful. She gives a yellow card for every foul.

I had to laugh at what the Female commentator said, some English player came on with crazy hair "I think she does her kids hair at home and the rest of the Girls go up to her and ask if she can do their hair!"

The players also get a little cuddle from the manager when they gets subbed.

I reckon Maclaren should adopt this strategy.

How about the cuddly toy left on top of the dug-out, when the players get injured they are allowed to take it to bed with them. :soapy tit wank:
Final score 6-1
