As expensive as it is, I think it was always inevitable. They've been £2.50 for a fair few years have they not?

I never normally get one anyway, although ours is one of the better ones in the lower divisions.

I gave up on them last season, wish i could say it was a anti-newbury mafia stance but it was more cause they were costing me loads over the course of the season and i had no where to put the things.

My thoughts exactly.

(I'll only buy one if there is a pic of LeCock in there)

I also gave up last season, it was a mixture of anti newbury and the on going cost, I would have bought one this season now and again, but at £3 I won't bother, it just isn't worth it regardless of how many pages it has - I think I will print out my own team sheet so I can work out who is who.

Shame we have not got a regular fanzine as that was always worth the money and usually topical

Same as with me; the cost was too much and my spare room is already chocca full with them.

If you look at the OS regularly, there is no need for a programme

I bought a programme most weeks when I had my season ticket but since then I just haven't bothered. It's not a bad prgramme, although that could all change now everything has been brought in house.

£3 is too much either way

Personally if they don't raise the ticket prices then I'm quite happy to have the food and programmes more expensive - the fans still turn up then and if they want to buy all that shit like food then they can.

Anyway we have been cheaper for drinks than most clubs for a while now anyway, £1.20 is standard.

3.00 is expensive but ticket prices were frozen. A programme is not a necessity so your not forced to buy it, same with drinks etc.

has the beer gone up too?

anyway, i thought dunwoody had seperated from the club, which would mean the programmes are produced in-house now..?

Correct. Which leads me to the assumption that the overheads in producing the match day programme have increased, the costs of which are being passed on to the consumer. Maybe?

Accorn printing does the programmes now well thats what was inside the programme, Ticket prices did not rise so there were bound to be increases elsewhere?

Programme or Pint, it's an easy answer.

I haven't bought a programme since they stopped Turbo's chef column. Pints are more important to me now than they were back then as well.
