Lets face it, they're never gonna be a contender for bigger things. He's taken them as far as they can go. It was like getting blood out of stone with the board when he signed Anelka. Without the money backing for bigger players, no chance at taking out the big guns... Newcastle on the other hand? Are we gonna see the glory days of Shearer back?

Earlier in the season they showed a mock up of the injured starting 11 and put it next to the one he had to play. It was ridiculous. I know injuries are part and parcel but they have been dealt a poor hand this season.... unlucky Roeder...
