As much as I take the piss out of Wise and Poyet, I don't doubt their abilities. They did a good job here and it really is a shame they didn't stay to finish it off.The thing I don't get is why people hate Leeds so much because of it...people didn't hate Ipswich for buying Parkin.... Wise is still a cunt though. Fact is Parkin earned respect by staying with us for a few seasons and banging in the goals. He fulfilled his contract.
No doubt Wise and Poyet started to turn the club around, but they jumped at the first opportunity after just a few months. Maybe there were other factors involved, but I'm not privvy to anything outside what was said in the media. In my book they are little better than Colin Todd.
