Title: Doggy/Cat years
Post by: Fred Elliot on Thursday, April 26, 2007, 20:55:41
Just been having a chat with Sonic about how many doggy/cat years are there to one of ours.

Seems the consensus is 7.

One question that has been baffling me .........................

Who decided that ?

When did they come to that conclusion ?

What evidence did they use to back this thesis up ?

Or did they just have a stab in the dark by saying that the average life expectancy for a human is 75 and the average life expectancy for a cat is just over 10  so therefore a cat ages 7 years for every one of ours ?

If thats the case, its not very conclusive is it.

Come on you clever University types.....................answer that !

Hmmmmm....one of the most baffling sentences I've read in a very long time. I do not even have the vaguest idea what it is about - apaart from the fact that a cat is somehow involved :?

That if Bonnie was part of a cat Logan's Run, then Bonnie would have been dead for 12 cat years or 1 year and 37 weeks ish..
