Andy cole leaving Man city was really a kick in the teeth for Pearce because he was going to use Cole as the experienced striker with either Samaras or Corradi to learn things of Cole and hopefully make them better strikers. Which has not happened this season. Corradi played well for Parma last season. But was dreadful for Valencia. Andy Mutch was dreadful, for a premier league side. Did do a nice flip that appeared on Grandstand's opening credits for a while though (v Newcastle).
