If it does I really think I've got it. Got pulled up at work earlier for over excessive internet usage, one of my own team members grassed me up (cunt :evil: ). My manager went apeshit at me as I just sat there and took it. Do you know what makes it bad though? The first thing I did when I got back to my desk was.... check the TEF :x I forced myself to not use the internet all afternoon at work and it was probably the worst 3-4 hours I've ever had at work. It's a bit like the telly though, I can't help looking at it for at least a little while most days, even if it leaves you wondering what on earth you're doing with your spare time. My addiction continues, but now I'm getting away with it. The person who grassed me up is no longer blabbing to my manager because she thinks my manager is already aware. My manager however thinks I've stopped using the internet at work, when I've probably spent 25% of my working hours in the last six months on the TEF.
