Title: T-Mobile Customers Post by: Chubbs on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, 15:38:07 As you may have realised, all t-mobile customers in south west have been having coverage issues, not being able to call or txt people
Well i had enough and called t-mobile, so just to let you all know the Bristol Switch is down at the mo, so you may get soem difficulties calling, Its very intermitant at the moment. Title: T-Mobile Customers Post by: Amir on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, 15:54:50 I've just got rid of my t-mobile phone because the reception is god awful outside of major towns/cities. If I didn't 1) spend so much time in London/Bristol or 2) hate mobile phones, I would have changed it ages ago.

Title: T-Mobile Customers Post by: Bennett on Thursday, December 28, 2006, 08:20:22 they charged me £247 for a months line rental in september as well, i'm waiting til there's not a drama in my life to actually try to get some money back.
effectively we're being charged for days when our phones are inoperable through no fault of our own, it's that simple Title: T-Mobile Customers Post by: RobertT on Thursday, December 28, 2006, 10:05:23 as it's just a switch (causing reduced network capacity as opposed to losing the signal) you'll get didlly squat from them. I'm on Virgin so using the T Mobile Network and it has been a bit of a bitch but that's mobiles people.
