Post by: pauld on Tuesday, December 19, 2006, 17:57:28 As some people might remember reading in the Adver, David Jackson has 400 shares in STFC he wants to give away in return for donations to Prospect Hospice as part of the Prospect fundraising appeal.
The idea is for each £25 donation to the Propsect you make, David will give you an STFC share. If you're looking to buy these as a Xmas present for somebody, you won't get a share cert in time for Xmas as this may take some time to transfer, however David will send you an email confirming you are the new owner. To make it a bit easier for people to donate to this extremely worthwhile initiative, we've set up a PayPal donation form on the Trust website: http://www.truststfc.co.uk/news_item.php?id=1008 NB This is purely a charity fundraising initiative, it is in no way connected with the Fans' Consortium idea, nor should it be seen as in any way as an investment - £25 is many times the value of an STFC share.
