McGrath misses bowling practice

Veteran Australia paceman Glenn McGrath did not bowl in the nets during practice in Adelaide on Wednesday.

perhaps he slipped on a rugby ball again?

N'ah... He'll be fine.

Either way they'll just replace him with someone else who can destroy us!

I hope he slips down a 40ft manhole.

I'm no expert, but isn't that an Aussie rules ball? Perhaps they're only letting him near those as they're safer than rugby balls... or something like that.

Wasn't it a stray cricket ball he slipped on?

tbh we need some sort of luck like that. if he is to miss the next test it would be a huge blow for them. his injury before Edgbaston last year was the turning point in the series. sadly it won't be the case this time round and we'll probably be 2-0 down this time next week

When Mcgrath did not play at Edgbaston and Trent Bridge, England won the test matches. It was the turning point of the late summer of 05. I just hope that by next tuesday were not 2-0 down. The game starts at 12.30 am.

Saw him at Brisbane airport. I would have kicked him, but his kids got in the way.
