I just listened to the press conference on line and when asked did he feel guilty about leaving Swindon he basically said that he didn't - He felt that he'd left us in a great position with a good team that should get promoted.

He also said that he didn't feel he'd let the players down because he asked himself that if any of them had the chance to play for Leeds they'd be off like a shot !!!! Thats's loyalty for you............??

Wise was alright for us, but the proof if he was a good manager would have been if we'd finished in the top 3. Seeing as he's buggered off now, nobody knows if his management would have been good enough for that.

I'd personally be surprised if Wise achieved better than 6th with you.

I meant at any time during his stint as manager. For such a big club (and Leeds are fucking enourmous) I'd expect you fans to have aspirations of Premiership football. I think you'll finish 18th or 19th this season and probably about 8th the next. You'll probably plateau around that point and then Wise will be on his way.

With the benefit of hindsight (Wonderful thing!) and now that I've taken my Dennis Wise rosie glasses off, I'd have to say that although the team were  undoubtly fitter and together as a group, Wise didn't actually have a lot of tactical nous, nor were we, for most of the games this season, very attractive to watch (Not that that will bother Leeds fans).
 I think he may have a bit of a honeymoon period at first (If they beat Southend) but I don't think he'll be the man to guide you back to the Premiership.

Added to that, he's a pygmy cunt.

He did a decent enough job here in terms of bringing in decent players and getting the team fit and working as a unit.

We worked well as a team under him but working at Leeds will be completely different. You lot are already struggling so morale will be low, the team will not be working well together and Wise has no time to sort that out before the next game.
This will be a big test for him and it will be interesting to see how he does. He is far from proven!

I can't see Leeds finishing above 18th and wouldn't be surprised to see them go down.
