I will talk you through in steps.

1) get man out of hole. fire the cannon down, to knock down the plank.
2) set red arrow to face right and open the window. fire the cannon up to hit the bell. as the stone hits the bell, click the thing with the spear on it, to change it's direction (before stone lands).
3) fire the green bombs down. as it hits the plank, click the plank. it will launch the bomb into the air where it harmlessly explodes.
4) launch the blue thingy down. the bloke will collect it and open the gate.
5) now launch the cannon upwards - the bloke will climb into it. click the yellow arrow and another bloke appears. use him to launch the other one up to the bell.
6) click the man you just launched next to the bell. when the bell is moved, change the direction of the spear thingy again. then click the bell loads until it falls. the stone will launch and disable the mine.
7) click on the open door. the bloke runs out and goes through the first door!
Cool last bit! bloke down bottom - click him. when the crate with the beast in it falls, click on the window in the middle. the white stone crushes the beast and you win!

Presumably they will go through the warp gate, and on to level 2 - when the fella completes it.

I can't get the white stone to drop down which window should I be clicking?

I've had a look at this game and I can click about but nothing really happens. First things first, how do you get the man (which man?!) out of the hole? Then where's the cannon and how do you fire it down.

see the yellow arrow on the right hand side? above that is a grey thing. click it to open the lid. then click the yellow arrow. a stickman appears.

the cannon is easy. click on it and it will point up. click again to point it down

oh yeh the cannon is that thing with all the bombs inside. has a red lever next to it

I've set the cannon to down, but how do you fire?

Boeta you should have tried playing this morning when no one had a clue what to do, it's been one of the most frustrating days at work for a long while.  Who sent the link out in the first place?  They need a good talking to.
