Title: Malcolm Crosby Post by: juddie on Tuesday, October 17, 2006, 14:29:05 I've just had the pleasure of talking to Malcolm Crosby, always thought he was a top bloke. And I quote:
"I'd love to see Swindon go up this year - they were a great little club. Great fans as well, what are they getting this year: 7,000? - they deserve a good year." Title: Malcolm Crosby Post by: my-velocity on Tuesday, October 17, 2006, 15:14:52 :D You Reds :beers:

When he was here he did more than King ever did. he was never appreciated. I think he did wonders. My Highworth Junior team that I coached (think they were under 13 or 14 at the time) were playing in the Radley 6 a side .. and we made the final (sadly to lose) but Crozzer came over to me after the game (I think he was presenting the cups) and said "Youve got a quality team there - make sure you tell them it doesnt matter that you lost in the final as they were the better football team - all the other side did was kick it long!" - and im sure he knew we were from Swindon which made it all the more of a surprise!
