Todays statement speaks of desperation to me. Every time someone even construvtively criticises them they throw their toys out of the pram. You just cannot react like this in business, particularly when the feedback comes from your loyal customers.

Lets unite. I stand by everthing i have said on here and back the trust 100%. Todays statement was made to split the fan base- please do not let them achieve their aim. We must unite

Reading this statement today- divide and rule comes to mind.

Bart talks a lot more sense than you lot give him credit for.

Before the season started, everyone slated him for saying we needed a prolific striker.

Wills' statement was pathetic, I cannot believe his "advisers" allowed him to publicise such a pointless statement.  What was he trying to achieve?  Everyone's at panic stations now.

totally agree with you, all he has achieved is deepen the rift between the fans and the board.

I agree with the sentiment. One small word I don't agree with is 'constructive' but that's down to a matter of opinion.

Of course it was constructive. At no point in the trust statement does it slag off the Wills family.

Like Mex said along the lines of them wantng us to bow down to them, we appreciate their funding of this Club and we've all stated that in the past, i just dont think they should start acting like a couple of spoilt Kids as soon as the fans start raising their disapproval of the whole Power and Devlin situation.

But they've also released statements like this that refer to other persons than the trust.

I thought the trust statement came after the club statement too?

The board need to start facing facts and start taking some responsibility for the things that have been going on recently instead of just releasing laughable statements in which they are slagging off us fans.

I think it is a joke to slag us fans off, why cant they take responsibility? it is them and their fellow board members fault that we are in this mess not the fans or anyone else.

Firstly they should never have allowed an overspend in the first place, they cannot just blame Mark Devlin for everything which they are clearly doing, if they had any doubts about signing Paul Ince then they should have pulled the plug on the deal end of story.

We are all grateful to the Wills family for everything that they have done of course, but they have made mistakes and they need to own up to them, it is very childish to make threats saying keep criticsing us and we will walk.

Us fans pay good money to supports the team and we have every right to know what is going on at our football club, however this board seems to hide alot of things.

The wills family have hired incompetent people such as Sandy Gray who has miscalculated the figures and has been a complete joke and they have to take the responsibility for that, they seem to not like taking responsibility for their mistakes.

It would not be as bad if the Wills family stayed as part of the board but got rid of gray, carson, diamandis etc and brought in some decent investors who know how to run a club.

Everytime something good happens to this football club or someone decent comes in it always gets ruined.

It is definitley time for a change, personally i agree with what the trust is trying to do, i think that the idea of them forming a consortium is the best thing to do because this board has to go and the sooner it happens the better.

It's time for the wills family to go, give them a good pay off and let them go, let them take carson, gray and diamandis with them, this would be in the best interestes of the club.

It is terrible management to let all this happen, we should not be in this shambles, if we had been managed better then we would not need to be worrying about this, i'm surprised we are not bankrupt, could you see any other business letting something like this happen.

I have just decided the political side of this football club is too much of a mess for me to worry about.

Until there are clear facts stated and proven I will just accept what happens no matter how good or bad, and come out the other side of it aa much a fan of Swindon Town FC as the next man/woman

well the prolific stiker senario may change if moonmey becomes player manager
