Fair play to him. He may have been a bit stupid, but anyone whos been done by one will applaud him. 4 months seems harsh given some of the sentances dished out for crimes I would deem much more serious. A good tip if you get caught in a company vehicle is to say you don't know who was driving it, giving it another chance to get lost in the system. If they do get back to you then you own up, or get sent to court. Alot of companies with drivers will give their female office workers £300 or so to take points as well. Title: Good work fella.
