My throat is sore as fuck, my nose is blocked, my eyes watering and i feel knackered. What is a good remedy to ease my throat and unblock my nose? I have had the same thing for the last week...Sinex spray works well to clear your head/nose but apart from that you just gotta rest and sit tight until it goes away. I find eating lots of oranges and drinking orange juice often helps........
