I'm guessing everything is on hold right now following the unfortunate events two weeks ago.

Yes.

Quote from: "Wikipedia"
A further possible delay was reported on 01 August 2006, with the developers stating that the stadium may not be open until June 2007, although this claim has been dismissed by the stadium owners. This date would mean it would not be ready to host the 2007 FA Cup Final, scheduled for May; some bookmakers are offering odds on it not even being ready in time for the game in 2008 either. Although it has to be said that photographic evidence from Wembley's website shows a very nearly complete stadium. However all will depend on how much preperation time is needed once the handover from Multiplex to the Football Association takes place.

Seriously though. The redevelopment does not appear to be moving along at all.

Other clubs are all getting a new ground/facilities, ala Colchester, Chesterield etc but all we get is empty promises

Ah, yes but if the status hasnt changed....then the status hasnt fucking changed.....

Why dont you come up with some proposals and forward them to the council yourself and get it all sorted?

Bart as DV85 pointed out, things haven't changed since you last failed to read the answers already given in this and the previous thread. If and when things do change, you'll quite likely find a lively discussion of it on this very forum. Did you think maybe there was a whole ground redevelopment scheme had been approved and was going full steam ahead but just no-one had bothered to mention it?  :D
