i cant be bothered to read all of this topic but my basic message is that the brits are utter, utter wank and nobody should take any notice of the results of it.

You should know by now OF that most of this thread has nothing to do with the title of it.  That's the beauty of this forum, you never know where each thread will end up.

the brits are the only awards worth watching. they're superb adn i love 'em. all those top quality acts performing in one place and deservedly collecting awards for their achievments.

My kids were watching the Brits, I got quite excited when Joy Division's ...Love Will Tear Us Apart.....was nominated as best single of the last 25 years.

 I reckon that  Ian Curtis would be my most lamented prematurely dead  before his time rock star of the last 25 years.......although Lennon might get in their somewhere.

 Perhaps someone could do one of those vote things on it.
