Title: Security Tags Post by: stfc_carver on Friday, May 26, 2006, 16:03:26 i bought a jacket today and every time i walked through a door of a different shop the alarm would go off. not until i got home did i find that there was a tag hidden in the inside of the jacket. Any ideas on how to get it off? dont say smashing it with a hammer. apparently it doesnt work.

It was one of the old style, with red ink inside it.
I was only young, so my Dad attempted to get it off, which he did eventually, after severely cutting his finger, and covering the kitchen in red ink.
