New manager Dennis Wise breezed into Swindon Town yesterday and immediately cut his players summer holidays. But having assessed the Town squad since being offered the job by viewing match videos, Wise thinks the players should be fitter. So he has cut the summer break by a week to give him extra time to improve their fitness. 'We're going to get the players back slightly earlier because we want to have a good look at them' said Wise. 'I have looked at videos of the game and I think they could have been fitter' 'I don't want to critisize that's just what I think. I hope the players are already looking forward to the season and ready to work extremely hard in pre-season because I want my team to be strong physically and mentally' Its like a breath of fresh air! sounds very promising. Alot of them did look very unfit last season, so hopefully dennis will put a stop to that and then there will be no excuse. :) Nice one Den. Title: The Work has begun!
