As far as i understood it, they get deducted 10 points next season - if i was them (and probably the time for this was a few weeks ago) I would have asked to be automatically relegated now and avoid the 10 point penalty - (which obviously means we stay up...). If they go down AND lose 10 points, they would be proper fooked next season.
