I reckon they'll be another death before the end of the series. Guessing Lock or the iraqi dude, although it could be anyone. Charlie's a possability although he's one of my favourites so I hope not.

Guess the end of series will involve walt and the others, the vault secret stuff that lock saw and possibly some sort of horiffic ritual burning of that baloon chap.

Anyone else have any mc. theorys. Lost is ace.

I really have no idea whats going to happen.  Theres so much stuff that hasn't been cleared up yet.  The wierd symbols that lock saw, the button that has to be pressed, the others, the wierd smoke, Walt, this "sickness" that hasn't really been said a lot about, Hurley & Libby (think thats her name) imagining the whole thing, the list goes on
No doubt it will end on a killer cliff hanger though which will leave us in agony until series 3

Sure they'll throw something completely unexpected in, maybe involving walt as he hasn't been in it much. Maybe he'll turn up as an adult or some crazy shit, or maybe they'll be two walts, possibly one good and one evil.

I think there'll be another death or two. Not sure who though.

Lock is going to crack and NOT press the button just to see if the lockdown thing happens again...

I had a think about it last night.  I rekon that the black smoke is linked to the "sickness".  Also I rekon that the hatch will be blown up with the dynamite that wasn't used to blow up the seal to the hatch.

I want to know:

* What's with the smoke?
* What's going on with Walt and his homies? How come they've legged it from the nice medical hatch?
* Where the hell has Desmond gone? Does he know about the other hatches and therefore knows where to go to be comfortable?

We know that they were doing experiments with magnetism, and that it was for medicine/something like that. We also know that there is some sort of 'sickness' that effects people on the island (bad), but that Rose had cancer which has vanished since they arrived (good).

Also, how come they buried the real Henry? What's the point in making the whole grave etc for him when there are dead folk lying strewed across the island?

guess that if they'd worked out some fake background story they might as well utalise the grave.

The grave/Henry Gale thing could indeed have been invented by the others.  I wonder if they get anything more out of IcantbeleiveitsnotHenry or whether he will be traded for Michael/Walt.

Locke will surely go to some of the places on the map when his legs are better

New episode tonight isn't it, then 3 more in a row. I hate US scheduling.

I rekon that everyone having visions is linked in with the sickness that all of the French birds mates had.  Also the physic bloke that Eko spoke to said that he was a fraud.  He was the same person who told Claire that she should get rid of her baby, meaning that maybe it wasn't true.  The video that Locke & Eko watched was made in 1980, so maybe "the experiment" that they were doing has now finished, which is why the hatch was deserted.

Heres a short trailer for next weeks episdode - it looks good, but it's annoying me because I don't know what everyone is looking at.  My guess is maybe Walt, or the others or Desmond?

Mr Eko is my new favourite character. he's fucking mega ace.

Echo is undoubtedly the most intriging charachter at the moment, he's certainly a complex individual.

Alla John Locke last season, he's the one who seems most destined to unveil the most secrets atm.

Yeah apart from the occasional episode a lot of the cast get little screen time

Druggy hobbit dude is pretty pointless now.
Claire's done fuck all sinse we found out about where she's been when she went missing.
The criminal bird does nothing but drift between Sayer and the doctor.
The doctor's just seems to be their to have some sort of annoying superiority complex.
Sawyer is at least amusing but has done fuck all apart from hide the gun's.
Hurley has at least had the rather charming relationship bit, but now that's over, the only things he's got going are the mental hospital and his association with the numbers.
The married (can't remember their names the older non-asian couple) couple don't do a lot apart from there own episode that time.
Locke just stands around trying to sound clever.
Walt's been missing for fuck knows how long.
I suppose the asian (korean?) couple at least have the pregnancy thing.

But meh it's still ace.

i think that girl did die and come back to life and her dad is really a psychic - he set the fit aussie up to go to US cos he knew the plane would crash and she'd have to keep the baby. the girl said to echo that she saw his brother when she was 'between places' ie 'dead'

I've never seen it either. I though it sounded like one of these programs where you have to watch most of them or you have no idea what's happening like 24 and I always end up missing most of them so I thought I just won't bother.

Might try and watch it from the beginning if I get round to it.

Just got round to watching it, wasn't bad.

To be honest I was expecting less.

Set's it up for a good start to series 3 with charlie hobbit man and fat fucker hurley looking like they'll be the 2 main 'in charge' people. Can't see Michael and Walt not coming back, although maybe only walt. The ending was the most random shit ever, thought she might have more of a part to play.

Nice bit of continuality from an earlier episode with Des, you could see doc running in the background.

My guess is that S3 will put more emphasis on unknown stuff to do with the 4 toed statue. Maybe the koreans unborn child will be born with less toes? Whatever happens I can't see all 3 out of Des, Locke and Eko being dead, bet one of them at least made it out, although it's probably not gonna be Des on his suicide mission but you never know.

Dunno about not killing off locke or eko, they killed off libby when there seemed to be some unanswered stuff there.

After the way that kate looked at jack instead of sawyer when the bags were going over their heads at the end, makes me think that maybe sawyer will join the others. Maybe all 3 will, interesting how the others keep refering to themselves as the good guys.

Possibly for the first time watching lost that I've predicted something right mid-episode is that I came up with the idea that the people watching the vault were the experiment not the vault itself. From the map locke made (which I think saywer picked up) from his brief glance at the wall when he trapped his leg it seems like their are a lot more vaults. We already know that there is the medical vault that the others took claire too.

It was also pretty clear that Des was gonna kill the other dude (can't remember his name) after the flash back where he wouldn't let him go outside. Pretty sure the 'other dude' said something about a map aswell, possibly the map that locke saw?

The wait until September is easier when you know for most that time you can grin smugfully at the fools watching it on C4.

apparently they are gonna have 7 eps in sept/oct (presumably by the end of it jack, kate and sawyer will have been rescued by saeed) then a 3 month break and then the other 17 eps starting in feb where all the others questions will start to be answered

Lost is very good, i just saw ep 23-24 of season 2 and i just want to continue watching. Addictive.
